Leading complex ServiceNow implementation projects within various industry verticals, the full-time salaried PMP Certified Senior Project Manager will manage project delivery from planning to execution, focusing on user adoption and change management strategies while working primarily in EST hours. Key responsibilities Oversee project execution, including timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholder communication for ServiceNow projects across multiple product areas Drive Organizational Change Management initiatives, including stakeholder assessments, communication plans, and training to ensure successful user adoption Facilitate workshops and status reviews with internal and client teams, while preparing detailed project plans and performance reports Required qualifications PMP Certification is required; Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred 8-12 years of business/IT experience with at least 5 years leading technology projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies Experience with ServiceNow projects involving multiple modules such as TSOM, CSM, TI, FSM, OSS/BSS Proven expertise in Organizational Change Management and driving change adoption Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred
