Base pay range
$115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Position Overview
This is a leadership role where you will oversee large-scale construction projects from planning through completion. You will be responsible for project schedules, budgets, quality control, and building strong relationships with all stakeholders while guiding on-site teams to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects at the same time
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
- Monitor and maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery
- Review contracts, drawings, and specifications, and resolve potential issues before work begins
- Coordinate with estimating, scheduling, purchasing, accounting, and operations teams to keep projects running efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and analyze project costs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ProCore, and Bluebeam
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem solving skills
- LEED AP certification or LEED training is preferred
