Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction
Base Pay Range
$150,000.00/yr – $170,000.00/yr

South Florida (Miami‑Dade County, FL)
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of large‑scale healthcare construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
- Manage and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and change management.
- Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs).
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, infection control protocols, and quality requirements.
- Monitor project financials, cost reporting, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
- Maintain schedule integrity on complex, fast‑paced, and often occupied healthcare environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a general contractor.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale healthcare projects such as hospitals, medical centers, surgical facilities, or healthcare campuses.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, including MEP‑intensive systems and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high‑risk, high‑visibility environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
