ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end execution of service contracting, retrofit, and replacement projects—from kickoff to completion.
- Lead teams of installers, subcontractors, and technicians across multiple disciplines.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Oversee quality control, compliance, and safety standards.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, building strong partnerships through communication and trust.
- Support pre-bid and proposal development with accurate estimates and scopes of work.
- Coordinate procurement, subcontractor quotes, and project documentation.
- Track financial performance—budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and cash flow management.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety.
- Troubleshoot challenges, drive creative solutions, and maintain accountability for results.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2+ years of project management experience in HVAC, construction, or controls (or 6+ years directly related experience without a degree).
- Familiar with HVAC systems, temperature controls, and energy management.
- Experienced with Microsoft Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of financial and contracting processes (public works experience a plus).
- Bonus: Experience with Microsoft GP/Wennsoft.
