We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Commercial Waterproofing in the greater Houston area. The successful candidate will ensure projects are on-time, on-budget and safely completed.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Overseeing all activities on Commercial Waterproofing projects
- Controlling budgets and scheduling of construction activities during pre-construction meetings
- Prepare estimates through the use of company computer systems and programs
- Build and develop relationships with clients
- Perform other duties as necessary
Requirements
- 3+ years of Commercial Waterproofing Project Management experience
- Commercial Waterproofing estimating experience
- Experience with Construction Management and Estimating software
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
