Job Title: Technical Lead Project Manager (Data & Business Analysis)
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Lead Project Manager. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, data domain knowledge, and business analysis skills to ensure the successful implementation of data technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define technical vision, make architectural decisions, and select appropriate technologies.
- Lead and mentor development teams to foster technical excellence.
- Ensure code quality, assist in setting up CI/CD, manage technical risks, and troubleshoot issues while contributing to development.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Implement coding standards, best practices, and improve development workflows.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and requirements to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with development teams.
- Perform impact assessments and feasibility studies considering cost, resources, and technical constraints.
- Provide expertise on data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction through innovative solutions.
- Collect client feedback to improve processes, products, and services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in software development and architecture.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven problem‑solving ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Demonstrated project management experience managing timelines and deliverables.
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client‑facing experience.
- Familiarity with data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
