Responsibilities
- - Own and manage end-to-end delivery schedules across multiple concurrent projects
- - Plan, coordinate, and track monthly release cycles across all platforms
- - Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies across ~12 active workstreams
- - Coordinate cross-team deliverables to ensure alignment between engineering, QA, and DevOps
- - Drive release readiness activities including code freeze, QA validation, and deployment scheduling
- - Ensure all builds and deployments are completed on time with high quality and minimal disruption
- - Coordinate with DevOps to ensure timely, stable, and regular releases
- - Run daily/weekly project syncs, sprint planning, and release planning meetings
- - Identify risks, blockers, and resource constraints early; proactively drive resolution
- - Track progress across teams and provide clear, concise status updates to leadership
- - Ensure proper handoffs between development, QA, and DevOps teams
- - Improve communication and coordination across distributed teams and stakeholders
- - Continuously refine SDLC, release workflows, and project tracking processes
- - Introduce best practices for managing high-frequency, multi-platform releases
- - Optimize Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting for visibility and efficiency
- - Help standardize release checklists, documentation, and operational playbooks
- - Work with Azure DevOps to improve CI/CD pipeline efficiency and reliability
Requirements
- - Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
- - 6–10 years of project management experience in software development environments
- - Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and release cycles
- - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and release management
- - Experience coordinating web applications and mobile app releases (Azure, iOS/Android/Windows)
- - Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- - Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- - Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams
- - Ability to manage complexity, track dependencies, and drive execution under tight timelines

Compensation
$100,000 - $220,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
