Title: Clinical Project Manager – Remote (10–20% Travel)

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead high-impact clinical initiatives for a major healthcare organization. This is a client-facing role focused on projects such as Patient Observer , CareAware Connect , and Nursing Documentation Optimization . The role involves collaborating closely with internal PMO teams and external vendor stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the client-side Project Manager for clinical systems projects, particularly involving PowerChart and CareAware.
- Coordinate across internal and external teams to manage scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead change management efforts and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
- Represent the client’s interests throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership in a unionized healthcare environment, emphasizing diplomacy and clear communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in clinical healthcare IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of Cerner PowerChart and/or CareAware solutions.
- Experience working with or alongside vendor delivery teams.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments professionally and tactfully.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
- Change management experience is highly valued.
