This role supports a structured PMO managing multiple clinical and technology projects, with a focus on Epic Clinical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle across ~17 active clinical/IT projects.
- Maintain schedules, status updates, risk logs, and communication plans.
- Coordinate with clinical, IT, vendor, and operational stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, scope, and timelines.
- Support Epic Clinical workflow and system enhancement projects.
- Provide support on Telehealth-related initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Project Management experience within a structured PMO.
- PMP Certification (required).
- Experience working in a hospital environment (required).
- Experience supporting Epic Clinical projects or workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CSM Certification (preferred) but not required.
- Experience with Telehealth initiatives is a plus.
