Responsibilities
- Lead a project team of 3-10 professionals, establishing project workplans, staffing, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage contractual, financial, and cost‑control responsibilities across all phases of architectural projects.
- Provide healthcare‑specific planning and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings, ensuring high‑quality documentation.
- Interface with clients and contractors, lead meetings during the construction administration phase, and respond to RFIs and submittals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects.
- Prior experience with healthcare facility design.
- Registered architect preferred; actively pursuing licensure is acceptable.
- Proficiency in healthcare regulations and codes.
- Significant experience managing and using Revit for architectural documentation, including reviewing submittals and revising documents in Revit.
- Up to 20% regional and national travel expected.
