We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong organizational skills who can manage multiple projects while ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Manage commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. n
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines. n
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel. n
- Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents. n
- Procure materials and coordinate equipment deliveries. n
- Monitor project costs, labor productivity, and profitability. n
- Prepare RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentation. n
- Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress. n
- Lead project meetings and provide updates to clients and company leadership. n
- Resolve project challenges quickly and effectively. n
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies. n

Qualifications
n
- n
- 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects. n
- Experience with commercial and/or industrial electrical projects. n
- Strong understanding of NEC, electrical systems, and construction practices. n
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts. n
- Experience with project scheduling and budgeting. n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software. n
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to job sites as needed. n

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field ( but not required). n
- Experience with design-build projects. n
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. n
