Weston & Sampson is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Project Engineer in any of our North or South Carolina offices with 10+ years of experience with comprehensive experience in geotechnical engineering and project management.

What you’ll do:
n
- n
- Responsible for project management; preparation of proposals, complex technical reports, specifications, and construction drawings. n
- Managing and reviewing work of junior staff and mentoring. n
- Some travel will be required to client meetings and project sites. n
n
What you’ll bring:
n
- n
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering. n
- Master’s degree with concentration in geotechnical engineering n
- 16+ years of diverse and proven geotechnical experience n
- PE certification required n
- Experience with dam safety engineering is a plus. n
- Familiar with geotechnical aspects of Building Codes and Design Manuals n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills n
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills n
- Must be motivated, responsible, and able to work independently n
- A valid driver’s license is required n
- PE certification required n

Salary Range: $120,000-$160,000k Based on experience
