We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager to lead structural design projects from concept through construction. This role involves structural analysis, project management, client coordination, quality control, and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead structural design and engineering projects.
Perform structural calculations and analysis.
Prepare and review structural drawings and specifications.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and oversee quality control.
Mentor junior engineers and designers.
Support client relationships and business development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain Arizona PE licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
Strong experience in structural engineering, calculations, and design.
Proven project management experience, including scheduling and budgeting.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ.
