- Drive timely resolution of RFIs, field issues, engineering changes, and interdisciplinary conflicts.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to support material procurement, long-lead equipment identification, and vendor documentation.
- Manage engineering transmittals, vendor submittals, RFIs, change requests, and design revisions.
- Create clarity around engineering responsibilities, deadlines, decision owners, and required stakeholder inputs to support disciplined engineering execution.
- Experience identifying risks, resolving issues, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to influence without direct authority, align matrixed stakeholders, and drive accountability across project teams.
- Commitment to safety, quality, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and project success.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering
- Experience supporting engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, or project execution activities
- Experience managing engineering deliverables, schedules, documentation, project workflows, or cross-functional coordination
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering execution across electrical, civil, structural, SCADA, procurement, construction, or commissioning teams
- Experience with scheduling, document management, Procore or similar construction/project execution systems, and engineering workflow tools
- Experience in utility-scale solar, battery energy storage systems, substations, transmission, or EPC project delivery
- Experience working with customers, owner's engineers, vendors, subcontractors, or utilities
- Experience supporting procurement, construction, commissioning, FATs, RFIs, submittals, change management, or project closeout activities
- Experience with EPC contracts, scopes of work, engineering deliverables, permitting requirements, and technical exhibits
