Alleato Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees project teams, schedules, budgets, field operations, and client communication to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project managers, estimators, and superintendents
- Oversee preconstruction, estimating, permitting, and project planning
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project reporting
- Coordinate field operations, manpower, safety, and subcontractor performance
- Maintain strong communication with owners, developers, and project partners
- Ensure timely project closeout, documentation, and permit completion
- Support client relationships and company growth
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, and financial management skills
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
