Responsibilities

- We are seeking a talented and adaptable PM to maintain an existing portfolio of applications and deliver new business capabilities.
- What will you do Define, manage and communicate updates on roadmaps of high profile RBCCM projects (including Reconciliations, Architecture, Standard Technical Services etc.)?
- Communicate and manage various stakeholders Manage backlog and communicate feature requests to Developers.
- Organize and prioritize development of features Manage and report key KPIs to Project Management Office.
- The ideal candidate should provide focus and clarity in establishing individual goals, driving performance management, supporting career development, and rewarding strong performance foster development of skills within team.
- What do you need to succeed Must have technical diploma with 7 years of experience as a Project Manager?
- 2 years in a technical role and experience working with technical teams (Developers Quality Engineers Business Analysts).

- Monitor and measures the progress and manage risks of not delivering.
