Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter resource for Professional Services operational processes, systems, governance practices, and documented workflows by providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders, and supporting onboarding and knowledge transfer activities.
- Administer and support Professional Services operational systems, including Kantata, SharePoint, Teams, and related tools, ensuring data quality, appropriate system usage, and operational effectiveness.
- Lead day-to-day assigned Professional Services operational activities, ensuring established processes, standards, and governance practices are consistently applied across the department.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports, dashboards, metrics, and documentation to support decision‑making, planning, and operational visibility.
- Monitor Professional Services operational activities and workflows, identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities, and recommend practical solutions to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Provide operational coordination and project support for assigned Professional Services initiatives, programs, and consulting‑related activities, including planning, tracking, stakeholder communication, and follow‑up activities.
- Coordinate and support system upgrades, testing, implementations, migrations, and maintenance activities affecting Professional Services operations.
Qualifications
- Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Information Technology, GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Equivalence of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Professional Services operations, project management, business operations, consulting, service delivery, or technology‑enabled business environments.
- Experience supporting or administering Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, projects and competing priorities concurrently with accuracy, efficiency and appropriate prioritization.
- Aptitude for learning and applying technology solutions, with the ability to quickly develop hands‑on proficiency in Kantata (or similar Professional Services Automation tools) and related business systems.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to research issues, evaluate information, and recommend practical solutions.
- Strong working knowledge of project governance, project delivery practices, and Professional Services operational processes.
- Proven ability to prepare and maintain operational documentation, reports, dashboards, procedures, and user guides.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders across multiple functional areas.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to assess operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of process enhancements.
- Bilingual proficiency (English / French) is considered an asset.
