This position requires at least seven years of progressive construction administration experience and aims to shape innovative educational spaces across Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership on capital project execution and management
• Monitor adherence to budget, schedule, and project specifications
• Foster relationships with municipal partners and contractors
• Develop performance improvement plans for project staff
• Prepare detailed project reports and presentations
Requirements:
• Degree in construction management or related field
• Minimum seven years in construction or project management
• Eligible for registration with Ontario professional associations
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit
