We're currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading M\&E contractor on a large commercial office refurbishment project. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a high‑profile fit‑out from pre‑construction through to completion, ensuring the electrical package is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities
- Manage the electrical package from start to completion.
- Coordinate electrical subcontractors and site teams.
- Oversee programme, labour, materials, and procurement.
- Attend client and site meetings.
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and variations.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality.
- Coordinate commissioning, testing, snagging, and final handover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and other stakeholders.
Electrical Project Manager Requirements
- Gold / Black ECS
- SMSTS
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial office refurbishment or fit‑out projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and meet programme deadlines.
- First Aid at Work is advantageous.
