Project Manager - Lifts & Escalators
Bristol (Covering South Wales, Devon, Cornwall, the South West, Southampton & Bournemouth)
Up to £65,000 + Company Vehicle/Car Allowance + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading lifts and escalators business, managing projects across the South West and South Wales region.
Responsibilities
- Manage lift and escalator installation, refurbishment, and modernisation projects across the region
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from pre-start through to handover
- Plan project programmes, resources, and labour requirements
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage project budgets, costs, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Attend site meetings and conduct regular project progress reviews
- Coordinate engineers and subcontractors to ensure works are completed efficiently
- Identify and resolve project risks and technical issues
- Maintain excellent client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Project Manager within the lift and escalator industry
- Strong knowledge of lift installation, modernisation, or major repair projects
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Relevant industry qualifications are advantageous
