Electrical Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 150 unit high end residential project in Wandsworth, London. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Electrical Project Manager to take full ownership of a residential project from start through to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the electrical installation from project commencement through to completion and client handover.
- Lead and coordinate all electrical subcontractors and site teams.
- Attend and lead site meetings with the client, consultants, main contractor and subcontractors.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with current regulations, specifications and health & safety requirements.
- Manage procurement of materials and coordinate deliveries.
- Oversee commissioning, testing and final snagging.
- Progress reports
- Resolve technical issues and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager delivering residential or mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical building services installations.
- Experience managing subcontractors.
