Electrical Project Manager - Building Services
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a highly respected Electrical Building Services contractor based in the East Midlands. The company works across multiple sectors, including commercial, office fit‑out, industrial and more, with projects ranging from £100k up to £15m. They provide a full range of electrical installation services, from design through to commissioning, and are looking to recruit an experienced manager to support their continued growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage projects assigned to you, ensuring that they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Manage the procurement of projects
- Prepare technical submissions and secure approvals
- Assist in the production of risk and method statements
- Financially manage the project and work within budgets set
- Manage the site team
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life cycle
Desirable Experience and Key Skills
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Building Services Project Manager or similar role (e.g., Electrical Contracts Manager)
- Experience in successfully delivering projects ranging from £500,000 up to £7,000,000
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Salary and Benefits Package
- Base salary: £55,000 – £65,000
