Role Description
Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. With over 34,000 people in more than 30 countries, we are dedicated to improving quality of life and solving complex challenges together.
As a Project Manager – Construction Delivery, you will support and coordinate the successful delivery of construction‑related activities within complex, highly regulated programme environments. The role focuses on providing construction delivery leadership, coordinating and delivering project management capability across defined packages, site areas or technical interfaces.
This management‑level role works across client, contractor, consultant and multidisciplinary delivery teams to ensure construction activities are planned, coordinated and delivered in line with agreed scope, programme, cost, quality, safety and governance requirements.
The role requires a balanced approach between site engagement, project management discipline and stakeholder coordination. You will understand delivery constraints, support practical and technical issue resolution, maintain strong relationships with delivery partners, and provide clear reporting and recommendations to support effective decision‑making.
You will act as a key interface between construction delivery, project management, engineering, commercial, project controls, health and safety, quality and wider stakeholder teams, integrating construction delivery into wider programme governance for a collaborative, controlled, outcome‑focused delivery environment.
Opportunities may include establishing and supporting major nuclear programmes, contributing to nationally significant infrastructure and energy transition outcomes, in a fast‑paced, evolving environment that requires adaptability to uncertainty, ambiguity and change.
