As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary development programs and ensuring successful project delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex hardware and software development projects from feasibility through to production.
- Coordinating teams across RF, embedded software, firmware, PCB, and mechanical design disciplines.
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Working closely with operations and manufacturing to support new product introductions and production transfers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Providing clear project reporting and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- Experience managing complex engineering projects within hardware-focused environments.
- A strong understanding of multidisciplinary product development involving RF systems, PCB design, embedded software, and firmware.
- Experience managing projects through the complete product development lifecycle, including manufacturing readiness.
- Knowledge of structured stage-gate development and Agile software delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in wireless communications, telecommunications, defense, or advanced electronics is highly advantageous.
