Mechanical Project Manager required for a established mechanical contractor delivering commercial CAT A/ B Fit Out mechanical installations across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, They are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 10 Storey commercial CAT A/ B Fit Out Project in Holborn London.
Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities
- Manage all mechanical subcontractors on site.
- Coordinate mechanical works with the main contractor and design team.
- Produce and monitor short-term programmes and look-ahead schedules.
- Attend and lead progress, coordination and client meetings.
- Oversee procurement and material deliveries.
- Ensure all health & safety procedures are adhered to.
- Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging through to completion.
- Coordinate commissioning, witnessing and final handover.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager delivering commercial Cat A/Cat B fit out projects.
- Strong background managing subcontractor packages.
- Excellent knowledge of HVAC, pipework, plumbing and ventilation systems.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
