Overview
As a Graduate Project Manager in Bristol, you will oversee construction projects across the South West, working for large estate holders with multiple buildings. This permanent role offers a salary between £30,000 and £40,000 per annum.
Role
You will manage new builds, refits, refurbishments, and alterations for a firm of construction consultants. The position suits recent graduates or those with up to two years of postgraduate experience.
Responsibilities
You will support project delivery and are encouraged to pursue chartered status with the RICS. The role requires strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to managing varied assignments.
Qualifications
You should have a BSc or MSc in Construction Project Management or a similar built environment subject. You should be able to organise and run meetings, take minutes, ensure that the client's brief is adhered to and keep the project moving to complete on time and within budget. You must have excellent written and spoken English and be confident in dealing with people at all levels. You should be forward-thinking, ambitious with excellent client-facing skills.
Benefits
Salary will be negotiable according to your level of experience but in the region of £30,000 to £40,000 plus benefits.
