Working alongside senior leaders,projectserviceleadsand partners across the Council,you'llhelp drive programmes and projects from concept through to delivery.You'llplay a key role in ensuring projects are well governed, effectively managed and deliver meaningful outcomes for our residents and communities.
As theProject Manager/Project Officeryour duties will include:
- Support and lead projects that contribute to the future shape of local government
- Work across multiple programmes and workstreams simultaneously
- Coordinate project plans, risks,actionsand reporting
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
- Support governance boards and decision-making processes
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard
- Contribute to developing a strong and sustainable project management culture across the Council
About you:
Depending on your experience and capability, you will join the team as either a Project Officer or Project Manager, with a supported development pathway through our career-grade framework.
