Project Manager - Civil Engineering / Construction
Location: Scotland (Hybrid with regular site travel)
Contract: Until January 2027

Rate: £231.94 - £283.48 per day (Umbrella)
We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of engineering and infrastructure projects across Scotland. This is a mobile, hands‑on role combining planned project delivery with reactive site‑based incident management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple engineering and construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Attend sites to assess risks, coordinate contractors and oversee remediation works.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with NEC4 contract requirements.
- Work closely with engineering and operational teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Essential Experience
- Project Management experience within Civil Engineering, Construction, Ground Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Strong Health & Safety and site risk management knowledge.
- Experience managing multiple projects and working independently.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable: NEC4 contract experience and knowledge of ground investigations or remediation projects.
