Yorkshire Water is recruiting a Project Manager to join the People Team. You will lead a review of current ways of working and HR practices, using internal data and external best practice to drive change. You will also support the wider change programme as a specialist on Reward/Employee Relations/People related activity, collaborating with relevant teams to deliver the people strategy.
Hybrid working, 37 hours per week, with 2-3 days in the Bradford/Leeds office and travel to sites as needed.
