This role is focused on innovative nature-based solutions to improve coastal water quality and reduce environmental impact.## **What you’ll be doing:*** Promote a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture* Lead the delivery of capital projects from development through to implementation* Manage timelines, risks, budgets and project performance* Drive collaboration across internal teams, partners and contractors* Support delivery of innovative, data-led and nature-based solutions* Ensure compliance with CDM, governance and safety standards* Build relationships with stakeholders including local authorities and regulators* Contribute to programme governance and investment decisions* Drive continuous improvement and best practice delivery* Support mobilisation of new Design & Build delivery model## **What we’re looking for*** Proven experience delivering capital projects in infrastructure or utilities* Experience working in complex, multi-partner delivery environments* Strong understanding of project lifecycle and delivery models* Knowledge of health, safety and CDM regulations* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines* Strong commercial awareness and performance focus**Desirable:**Experience in water/environmental programmes. Knowledge of NEC contracts.
