Experteer Overview In this role you will manage strategic change projects to help Barclays meet its objectives, delivering on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholders, and drive risk-aware execution across a multi-faceted transformation program from pricing to billing automation. You will apply both traditional and Agile methods to deliver measurable value at scale.
- Manage change projects ensuring on-time, within-scope, budget-aligned delivery and quality standards Develop and maintain project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, and resources Communicate progress and align expectations with senior management, project teams, and external partners Lead project teams, ensuring proper resourcing and skill coverage Control project budgets and report on financial performance Produce progress reports to validate timely, budget-compliant solutions Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies Facilitate change management activities including training and communications to embed changes Tasks Structured planning and sequencing using Agile and traditional approaches Rigorous RAID management with clear accountability and blocker removal Outcome-focused problem solving to maintain delivery momentum Agile delivery experience across cross-functional teams GTB domain knowledge (payments, FX, liquidity) understood from pricing/transaction flows Familiarity with corporate change frameworks, governance, and control requirements Ability to engage with stakeholders to influence decisions and resolve escalations Strong communication of complex information and risk across audiences Key requirements
