Purpose of the role
We are the UK's leading digital printer and photo gift fulfiller. Our comprehensive manufacturing facilities are designed to service the mass market for personalised consumer products and combine state-of-the-art production and finishing equipment with a highly skilled workforce. Operating 24/7 we have a truly impressive manufacturing capability.
This role sits with the Project Management Office team in the IT Department whose purpose is to successfully initiate, plan, design, execute, monitor, control and close assigned projects for the Harrier LLC group. The department is aligned with IT projects, however, will often support the wider Harrier business in delivering change projects and programmes.
Key responsibilities & tasks
- Project Planning and Management: responsible for planning and managing the entire project lifecycle, including defining project scope and requirements, goals, and deliverables, creating project schedules, budgets and timelines, and managing resources.
- Risk Management: responsible for identifying, analysing, and managing potential risks that could impact project delivery, including technical risks, schedule risks, and resource risks.
- Stakeholder management: responsible for managing and communicating with stakeholders, including project team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Resource Management: responsible for managing project resources, including budget management, resource allocation, and team management.
- Quality Assurance: responsible for ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards, including testing, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Change Management: responsible for managing changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring that all changes are properly documented, communicated, and managed.
