Idle Women in Accrington is seeking a Studio Manager & Producer to coordinate programmes, partnerships, participants and day-to-day operations.
The role sits at the intersection of project production, studio management and women-centred support work, requiring organisation, care, good judgement and collaborative working. You will work with a small team across studio, garden, boat and community project sites, including hands-on tasks and occasional lifting, in an 18-month fixed-term role.
