Our client, a respected interiorssubcontractordeliveringcompliant, multi interior services on a residential development in GreaterLondon, is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to takeownership of coordination and act as the key link between the client, designteam, and on‑site delivery.
The Role
This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll overseethe technical and commercial performance of multiple packages while ensuring smoothcommunication between the subcontractor team and the client’s design andproject leadership.
You’ll champion buildability, resolve design queries, guide installation teams,and help maintain programme and quality targets across the development.
Key Responsibilities
- Serveas the primary liaison between the client, design consultants, andinternal delivery teams.
- Leadcoordination of multiple trades to ensure designintent is achievable on site.
- Reviewdrawings, raise RFIs, and contribute to design workshops to eliminateclashes and clarify technical requirements.
- Overseesubcontractor site teams, ensuring installation meets technical standardsand follows programme milestones.
- Monitorprogress, identify risks, and support commercial teams with variations,valuations, and reporting.
- Drivecommissioning readiness and support smooth handover of completed systems.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate
- Strongbackground delivering fit out packages, ideally onresidential or mixed‑use schemes.
- Confidentin design review, client communication, and managing technical issuesproactively.
- Ableto coordinate multiple disciplines and maintain momentum across fast‑movingwork fronts.
- Skilledin managing expectations with main contractors, consultants, and siteteams.
- Detail‑focusedwith a practical understanding of installation sequencing.
