Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for the opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion?
Our client, a well-established and growing organisation with an ambitious UK expansion programme, is looking for a hands-on Construction Project Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of developments including refurbishments, new build projects and mixed-use schemes.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time and within budget, while working closely with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing construction projects from inception through to completion.
- Coordinating contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Developing project scopes, plans and budgets.
- Monitoring project performance, costs, timelines and resources.
- Managing project risks, scope changes and stakeholder expectations.
- Building strong working relationships with external partners.
- Ensuring projects comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience managing construction, fit-out, refurbishment and building projects.
- Experience delivering new-build steel portal frame projects.
- A track record of successfully managing projects from cradle to grave.
- Strong commercial awareness with budgeting and project reporting experience.
- Experience using project management software such as Monday.com (or similar).
- Quantity Surveying experience would be advantageous.
- RICS qualification is desirable but not essential.
