Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
- Coach and mentor development teams on Agile best practices and methodologies.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and productivity.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear project objectives and requirements.
- Monitor team velocity and project progress, reporting key metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on Agile methodologies .
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required.
- Proven experience managing software development projects using Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira.
