Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Support the tracking of project progress and identification of potential risks and issues.
- Help coordinate project team meetings and document minutes and action items.
- Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in managing project documentation and reporting.
- Contribute to budget tracking and financial monitoring of projects.
- Learn and apply project management software and tools.
- Support the team in stakeholder management and expectation setting.
- Participate in project review meetings and contribute to lessons learned.
- Assist in the procurement of project resources and services as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
- A strong interest in project management, leadership, and business operations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- Keen problem-solving aptitude.
