About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to all stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations as needed.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a remote team environment is highly desirable.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
