About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects from initiation to closure, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and status.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively seeking solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the quality assurance process and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and project objectives.
- Manage client expectations and build strong, collaborative relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record in managing digital projects.
- Solid understanding of web development processes, UX/UI design, and digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
