About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of digital projects from inception to completion in Liverpool . This role requires a blend of technical understanding, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills to guide cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for defining project scope, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all digital initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key position within the organization, contributing directly to the successful implementation of digital strategies and enhancing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Manage client communications and expectations throughout the project, ensuring satisfaction with deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role, managing complex digital projects.
- Strong understanding of web development processes, digital marketing, and user experience principles.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships is highly desirable.
