About the Role
Our client seeks a meticulous and experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of construction projects in Bradford . Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through to execution and closeout.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all projects adhere to building regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to ensure quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Relevant professional qualification in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing architectural or construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and strong knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit.
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and risk management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working within the UK construction industry is highly desirable for this role in West Yorkshire .
