About the Role
Our client seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to join their established team in Leeds . This role is crucial in overseeing the successful execution of architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will bridge the gap between design, construction, and client expectations, managing all facets of project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of the architectural project lifecycle, from inception through to post-completion evaluation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve any design or site-related issues promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, documentation, and progress updates for all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, planning regulations, and health and safety legislation.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as an Architect or chartered surveyor is advantageous.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing architectural or construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and architectural software.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and risk management.
