About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and organised Telecoms Project Manager to lead key initiatives from their Belfast office. This role is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of diverse telecommunications projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from stakeholder engagement and resource allocation to risk management and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close telecommunications projects according to defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Manage project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, issues, and successes effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management.
- Oversee the procurement of resources and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project governance procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager , preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
