About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-oriented Telecoms Project Manager to lead critical projects from inception to completion in their Milton Keynes office. This role is integral to the successful delivery of telecommunications infrastructure and service deployment projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives. You will manage project teams, stakeholder expectations, and all associated risks and dependencies. The successful candidate will thrive in a structured project management environment, possess excellent leadership qualities, and have a deep understanding of the telecommunications landscape to navigate complex challenges and ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple telecom projects simultaneously.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager , preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation to closure, adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with project management software tools.
