About the Role
Our client, a prominent pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a skilled Clinical Project Manager to oversee the execution of clinical trials from initiation through to completion in Liverpool . This role requires strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring that clinical trials are conducted in compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and company policies, ultimately contributing to the successful development of new pharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials according to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of cross-functional project teams, including CRAs, data managers, and clinical operations staff.
- Develop and manage project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, and company SOPs throughout the trial.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of clinical trial supplies and services.
- Communicate project status, key milestones, and issues to internal and external stakeholders regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, medical, or related field; Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex clinical trials from start to finish.
- Thorough understanding of GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical development processes.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
