About the Role

You will be instrumental in coordinating all on-site activities, managing subcontractors, and maintaining stringent health and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all day-to-day site operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations , site inductions, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to ensure efficient workflow and quality of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to provide regular updates on project progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully completing residential projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
- Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and a CSCS card.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and technical specifications.
