About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead the development and execution of significant clean energy projects, working remotely from Bristol, South West England, UK . This senior role involves managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and site selection to construction and commissioning. You will be responsible for budget management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of renewable energy projects (e.g., solar, wind, battery storage).

- Oversee stakeholder communication, including government agencies, community groups, and investors.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and environmental standards.
- Manage relationships with EPC contractors and other key project partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- Significant experience (7+ years) in project management within the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale energy projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with energy market dynamics and regulatory landscapes.
