About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee pharmaceutical development projects within their operations in Sheffield . This role is central to driving projects forward from early-stage research through to clinical development and potential commercialization. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, resource allocation, risk management, and budget control, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams throughout the pharmaceutical development lifecycle.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex R&D or development projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory requirements.
