About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-driven and experienced Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead critical drug development projects from conception through to regulatory submission. This role will be fully remote, allowing you to manage complex projects from anywhere while ensuring seamless collaboration with globally distributed teams. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize pharmaceutical development projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional project teams, including R&D, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or business-related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex drug development projects from early-stage research to regulatory filing.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, regulatory pathways, and GxP requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, essential for a remote role supporting projects in the Sheffield area.
