About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects from inception to completion, managing timelines and budgets.

- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.

Requirements
- Qualified Architect or experienced Project Manager with a strong background in architectural projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the architecture or construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software and BIM tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent understanding of contract administration, procurement, and construction processes.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
